And there she goes...

whizzing through books as if there were no tomorrow.

I think that Ulysses was the equivalent of prunes to the reading person. Now that I have finished it, I just can't stop reading. I read Holes today. Recommended. I like. Now I am moving on to Madame Bovary, a book which I have been unreasonably scared of for some years. We shall see.

The boss is still being a complete twat. Praise the lord for team move in January. Before I brain him. The simplest elements of management (like, if you know one of your staff is leaving, make a plan to replace them - pregnancy waits for no man) have eluded him. When told that he really should be planning a year in advance, he looks like a rabbit in the headlights. He is truly, truly shit.
