Aaaaaarrrrggghhhhhhh

I have backache. I have the sort of backache that feels like a rather hot lance being shoved rather carelessly under and to the right of my ribs. However I sit/lie/stand it is not comfortable. If I am tetchy for the next week, this is why. Sorry.
